  1. THE GENIUSWORKS - BRAINSTORM CO. LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2.  This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Geniusworks
  3.  ("Geniusworks").  By continuing to install this software, you agree
  4.  to the terms of this license.  If you do not agree, you must quit
  5.  installation now.  Geniusworks reserves ownership of the enclosed
  6.  program.  This software is offered to you for use only under the
  7.  conditions as described below.

  9. VENDINFO DISTRIBUTION LICENSE NOTICE
  10.  The attached VENDINFO data record is hereby incorporated by reference.
  11.  Any distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed
  12.  in that data record is hereby authorized.
  13.  
  14. GRANT OF LICENSE
  15.  Geniusworks grants you the right to use one copy of the enclosed
  16.  software ("SOFTWARE") on a single computer with one central processing
  17.  unit (CPU).  You may not network any Registered version of the SOFTWARE
  18.  or otherwise use it on more than one computer terminal at the same time.

  20. COPYRIGHT
  21.  The SOFTWARE is owned by Geniusworks and protected by United States
  22.  copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  The SOFTWARE must
  23.  be treated like any other copyrighted material except that you may make
  24.  a single backup copy (for archival purposes only).  You may not reverse
  25.  engineer, modify, alter, or adapt the SOFTWARE or documentation,
  26.  including but not limited to translating, decompiling, disassembling,
  27.  or creating derivative works.  This license and your right to use the
  28.  SOFTWARE automatically terminate if you either actively violate or fail
  29.  to comply with any provision.

  31.  Geniusworks disclaims any warranty or warranties expressed or implied as
  32.  to suitability, fitness, or merchantability of the SOFTWARE for a
  33.  particular purpose. Neither Geniusworks nor any of its associates may be
  34.  held liable for use, misuse, damage or loss resulting from or in
  35.  conjunction with the use of the SOFTWARE, including program(s) and/or
  36.  any accompanying materials.  You may have other specific limitations
  37.  or rights which vary from state to state.

  39. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
  40. IN NO EVENT SHALL Geniusworks OR ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATES OR SUPPLIERS BE
  41.  LIABLE FOR DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS,
  42.  INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER
  43.  PECUNIARY LOSSES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS
  44.  SOFTWARE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
  45.  DAMAGES.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR
  46.  CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE TO
  47.  YOU.

  49. LIABILITY/REPLACEMENT POLICY
  50. Liability of Geniusworks is limited to the replacement of programs that
  51.  meet Geniusworks' Limited Warranty status, upon the Customer's return
  52.  of all original materials, packaging, invoice or receipt, and a
  53.  self-addressed, stamped with postage sufficient for shipment of one
  54.  diskette.  Limited Warranty does not apply if defects arise from
  55.  misuse, abuse, or application of the SOFTWARE toward purposes for which
  56.  it was not intended.

  58. 30-DAY WARRANTY
  59.  Geniusworks supports a 30-day money-back guarantee on all software
  60.  products (in the case of shareware, any trial period prior to purchase
  61.  counts toward the 30-day warranty period).  All non-shareware products
  62.  carry a full 30-day money-back warranty unless otherwise noted.  If you
  63.  are not completely satisfied with the performance of any software
  64.  product within the aforementioned limitations, you may return it for
  65.  deregistration and full refund (Note: this will disable the program
  66.  and prohibit you from receiving further updates).
  67.  Send your request in writing -- please tell us your reason for
  68.  returning the product, along with original registration and
  69.  serial number information (full registered name, e-mail, and mailing
  70.  address) and a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to the address
  71.  listed at the end of this Agreement.

  73. EXPORT NOTES
  74.  Currently, none of the SOFTWARE or underlying information or technology
  75.  currently may be sent or received in whole or part (i) into (or to a
  76.  national or resident of) Cuba, Haiti, Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, North
  77.  Korea, Iran, or Syria or (ii) to anyone on the US Treasury Department's
  78.  list of Specially Designated Nationals or the US Commerce Department's
  79.  Table of Deny Orders (Contact the US Commerce/Treasury Departments for
  80.  current information).  By accepting this agreement, you agree and
  81.  warrant that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or
  82.  resident of any such country or on any such list.

  84. WEBMASTER ADDRESS ORGANIZER PRO is Copyright 1998 Geniusworks / The
  85.  BrainStorm Co. - All Rights Reserved.  Reproduction, transmission,
  86.  distribution, and/or duplication of this product in violation of any
  87.  license agreement term is strictly prohibited and may be punishable by
  88.  felony conviction, fines and/or imprisonment.

  90. SOFTWARE and documentation are provided on a RESTRICTED RIGHTS basis;
  91.  use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to
  92.  restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in
  93.  Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 52.227-7013.
